Delivery status via e-mail
You will receive a delivery statement by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

If you are not at home
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the package will be:
- left with your neighbours. A delivery notice will be left in your letter box letting you know of this.
- returned and delivered again later. A message about this will also be left in your letter box.

When can Ogreen deliver the plants?
A total of 95% of fresh flowers are delivered on the requested date of delivery. However, in some cases the plants may be delivered one day later due to unforeseen circumstances affecting our transport company, e.g. heavy traffic. This will have no effect on the plants, as they are shipped in specially packed containers to protect them in transit. If you nevertheless experience problems with your order, please contact us by e-mail within three days. Our e-mail address is mail@Ogreen.eu.
Delivery is not available on national public holidays or the day after such holidays.

What are the delivery costs?
You pay £ 8.50 packaging and postage per order. Orders of £ 30 and over are delivered free of charge. Delivery is possible in Netherlands, Belgium and the UK.

Delivery to a different address
Delivery to a different address can be arranged via our website.

Post box
The Ogreen plants are delivered in a post box which is special developed for Ogreen. The interior of this box makes sure the plant can’t move and thus can’t get damaged.
