Is it safe for me to make payments to Ogreen?
Ogreen uses the Rabo OmniKassa payment provider. This is a secure payment system which is used by a great many companies operating on the internet. When you place an order and have filled in all the details, you have a choice of payment methods. Orders can be paid for using: iDEAL, a credit card or Mr Cash.

What is the MasterCard SecureCode?
Security is a priority when making online payments. That is why MasterCard® SecureCode™ has been introduced. The MasterCard SecureCode is your personal password or code for online payments. The SecureCode ensures that you alone can use your MasterCard to pay online.
An increasing number of internet stores based in the Netherlands and abroad are now asking for your MasterCard SecureCode when you make a purchase.
Whether you choose your own password or whether you receive your code via the identification method of your particular bank depends on which bank that is. You will be asked to fill in your SecureCode as part of the normal payment procedure. Each time you use you MasterCard SecureCode, it will first be checked by MasterCard or by your bank. This does not involve the web store. This ensures that no one other than you has access to your own code or password. The sale can only be finalised if you have filled in the correct SecureCode. This ensures your online payment is safe.

Are you having problems with payment?
Ogreen uses external payment provider Mollie. This is a secure payment system which is used by a great many companies operating on the internet. If there are problems or the system fails, you can contact Ogreen immediately (mail@Ogreen.eu). In the unlikely event of an incorrect amount (double) being deducted from your bank account because of a system malfunction, Ogreen will refund the relevant amount on the same working day.
